Hisham Zaki is a Project Manager at HL Gulf KSA. Hisham Zaki is an experienced Construction and Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry. Hisham is experienced in coordination, building partnerships, and working collaboratively with airport engineers, vendors, local officials, and airport authorities to ensure the success of projects.
Tom Anderson serves as International Operations Manager for HL Gulf. He has over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering and airfield construction. Tom is an expert in air traffic control and has extensive Airside Safety experience. He has worked at over 50 commercial airports, airbases, and other military installations. Tom has been with HL Gulf over the last 10 years servicing the GCC and other regions.
Captain Hassan has been with HL Gulf since 2015 as Egypt Director. Hassan has over 30 years of extensive experience managing airlines with a proven track record of success including powerful networking locally and globally, established, restructured and managed; National Aviation, Link Aero, Top Aviation, Alexandria Airlines, Almasria Universal Airlines, and Nile Air. Hassan managed and represented the entire TUI group. Airlines included Kras Air, Oman Air, Royal Air Brunei, Neos, Blue Panorama Airlines, US Air Force Flights to/ from the region, British Aerospace delivery of fighter jets via Egypt.
Bhavik has more than 10 years of experience and currently serves as VP of Finance at Skip-Line, LLC and HL Gulf, LLC. Before joining HL Gulf, Bhavik held Finance positions across an array of industries including multi-million dollar monthly lending pipelines, PE project analyst at Jai Gayatri MA, development manager at Days Inn, and recently Hi-Lite Global. Bhavik’s experience includes feasibility studies, forecasted financials, structured debt, and M&A as an Asset Manager. He has collateralized debt obligation, managed positive NPV projects for acquisition and generated required yield for investors. He is also involved with EXPORTNY: An International Business Development Program. Bhavik earned his MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Rochester in 2017.
John Shaw McNeely, CEO of Skip-Line, possesses over 30 years of experience with roads and airports as former President and CEO of Hi-Lite Airfield Services from 1989 – 2020. At Hi-Lite, John worked with industry professionals and regulators around the world to elevate aviation safety standards, including quality control and best practice methodologies. In 2010, he expanded the business into the Middle East region with a prominent project at the New Doha International Airport. In 2016, John founded Spec-Rite Systems to transform highway safety with sophisticated software and services to improve compliance and safety throughout the global transportation industry. In 2020, he bought Skip-Line, LLC and merged the two companies into Skip-Line by Spec-Rite. John is a University at Buffalo graduate with a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance.
